Pole flow
Our Pole Flow classes are where movement meets expression, inviting you to slow down, connect, and explore your own unique style. These choreography-based classes blend lyrical and contemporary influences with fun, pop-inspired themes, focusing on fluid transitions, creative floor work, and expressive movement that flows seamlessly into pole work.
Designed for students with a foundational understanding of pole, Pole Flow is best suited to those with at least six classes of experience. From beginner-friendly choreography through to more layered, dynamic sequences, these classes offer space to develop musicality, refine control, and move with confidence.
Whether you’re drawn to storytelling, artistry, or simply the freedom of movement, this class encourages you to embody the music, build fluidity, and let your movement unfold naturally.
Heels Choreo
This Pole Heels choreography class is a celebration of the roots of pole - grounded, powerful, sensual, and unapologetically embodied. Through heels-based choreography, you’ll explore confidence, musicality, and presence, blending strong floor work, dynamic transitions, and pole movement into a complete piece. Styles may range from sensual to hard-hitting heels, allowing space for both intensity and attitude.
Each class is designed to help you move with intention and control while honouring the history and evolution of pole as an art form.
This is a non-discriminatory, inclusive space open to all genders and identities. Whether you’re connecting with femininity, exploring self-expression, or simply learning to feel more at home in your body, you are welcome here.
Students should have a foundational understanding of pole and are recommended to have completed at least six pole classes prior to attending. Pole heels are required for this class, and pole-friendly knee pads are strongly recommended to support safe, confident movement. If you’d like guidance on suitable footwear or equipment, please email the studio and we’ll be happy to share approved brand recommendations.
Flexibility and mobility
Our Flex & Mobility class is designed to support safe, sustainable progression in both pole and aerial training. With a strong focus on biomechanics, you’ll work through targeted stretches and mobility exercises that improve range of motion, joint health, and overall body awareness.
Classes are structured to help you build flexibility in a controlled, intentional way - developing strength alongside mobility to support cleaner lines, deeper shapes, and reduced risk of injury. Whether you’re working towards specific pole or aerial goals or simply looking to move more freely, this class provides the foundations your training is built on.
Suitable for all levels, this class complements your pole and aerial practice and plays a vital role in long-term progress, performance, and longevity.
PERFECT FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS
The first Spark : 6 week introductory pole course
This six-week beginner course is designed specifically for those who are completely new to pole - no experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to begin. Running consecutively over six weeks, this structured course introduces all the essential fundamentals needed to build a strong, confident foundation for your pole journey.
You’ll learn core pole skills, basic spins, holds, transitions, and foundational strength and technique, with a strong emphasis on safety, body awareness, and correct execution. Each week builds on the last, allowing you to develop consistency, confidence, and muscle memory at a steady, supportive pace.
Because everyone starts at the same level, this course creates a welcoming environment where you can learn, progress, and grow together. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to move into regular pole classes feeling prepared, empowered, and ready to continue your training with the best possible start.
Private Lessons & 1–1 Coaching
Our private lessons offer a fully personalised approach to pole training, designed to support focused progression at every level.
These one-to-one sessions allow us to tailor coaching specifically to your goals, strengths, and areas for development, creating an ideal environment for refining technique and advancing your skills.
Private coaching is particularly valuable for students looking to progress into more advanced and elite-level tricks and transitions.
With dedicated attention, we can break down complex skills, address individual biomechanics, and build strength, confidence, and control in a way that works for your body.
Whether you’re working towards specific tricks, improving flow and transitions, returning from injury, or fast-tracking your development, private lessons provide the space to progress safely, efficiently, and with intention.
